What gets worked on

Groups are set on the day by age and by what each player needs most. Pitchers and catchers get their own time.

How the day runs

• Warm up10-15 min

  Everyone together. Team stretch and a throwing progression before anything else starts.

• Skill development stations45-60 min

  The bulk of the day. Small groups rotate through stations so nobody stands around waiting for a rep.

• Team drills20-45 min

  Groups come together and put the station work into live, competitive situations.

• Conditioning5-10 min

  A short conditioning competition to finish the work — teams or individuals, different every week.

• Review and close5 min

  Coaches close out with what went well and what each group is working on next.

What to bring

Glove, bat, helmet, cleats and a full water bottle. Catchers bring their gear. Wear your Prime top if you have one.

When you arrive

There is no check-in desk — come in and find your group. Turf A and B are to the left. Cages 1–4 are to the right; cages 5–14 are upstairs, right through the parent lounge and up the stairs. During the session, players and coaches are on the turf and in the cages, and parents are welcome in the parent lounge.
